We just drank a cup of delicious Scottish tea and ate some of the excellent shortbread. And we talked about how lucky Jil was to have such a nice host family. She told us some nice stories and how she enjoyed the stay at your farm. Yesterday Jürgen (Jil's dad) tasted the awesome whisky. We wish to thank you very much for your kind hospitality and we are sure Jil learned a lot about Scotland, the country life and the language. We hope to see you some day in Germany or in Scotland. “I spent 9 weeks in Aberdeen, where I had the opportunity to learn English and visit some parts of Scotland.  Clare really helped me with my spoken and written English. I’m so thankful and pleased that I had the opportunity to come to Scotland and learn English. I spent two beautiful weeks at the Robinson’s household in Montrose, where I had the opportunity to learn and speak English every day. When I arrived to Scotland, my confidence to speak was very low, but by listening and using it in several occasions during the day it improved a lot. At the end of my stay, I became much more confident. Pam was a lovely teacher, we had very nice lessons together, she corrected me and she was very patient with me. Apart from teaching she was also an excellent cook and friend.

Overall, this trip was a fantastic way to improve my French and gain a deeper understanding of French culture. I highly recommend it to anyone eager to enhance their language skills while enjoying the beauty and charm of France.

The holiday was excellent and well planned. All places visited were very interesting as was the river boat trip. Agathe ran the class very well, kept us under control and did some good actress bits. The subjects were ideal and varied along with a questionnaire visit to the closed / open market area. All eateries varied and were excellent.
